[Challenging Suggestion]logo reconition

Two ideas in fact:

First: a simple logo reconition. If an image or a part of an image is a known brand logo replace it by something.

Second (and here is the challenge): As face reconnition for camera, could it be possible to have a logo reconnition algorythm to block, in real time or not, any logo in a movie, video or whatever.
For exemple, i just saw a movie with a lot of placed products, like apple or mercedes... So it could be awesome if a little program could just replace the logo by something more neutral (in real time should be perfect or after a short processing).
The idea is not precisely in the spectrum of Adblock actually but it could be a ground breaking evolution

This is so far out of scope that it should definitely be in another extension; I also fail to understand how even "simple" image recognition could be done without lagging the user's experience massively.
