Feature request: Turn off with exceptions

I would like to turn off ABP for some websites that I want to grant the opportunity to earn a living with their adds, but then I want to be able to make exceptions for specific adds.

So when I have ABP turned off for a specific site/page and then open the dialogue to select an element to hide, ABP should hide that element for that site/page, even if ABP is turned off.

That sounds a great deal like the $important option that uBlock supports.
