Ad Blocker Problem

Post by Uroe »

Sometimes I'm not around to watch some TV shows. Over the air, so no DVR to record them. No problem, I've been able to stream them from the network website. First CBS and now NBC have ad blocker detectors, and won't let me stream while they are enabled. I have Ad Block Plus, UBlock and Ghostery installed. So, I disable them (first for the page I'm on, then for the network website, finally everywhere) and yet the website says that I still have the blocker enabled. I really don't want to uninstall them and then reinstall when I am finished watching. I can't figure out what I'm not doing that I should be doing.

Any thoughts here?

Some browsers have extra tracking protection enabled by default and are recognized as ad blockers. Make sure you have tracking protection or similar settings disabled within your Samsung internet browser settings. Let us know if this helps!
