I see ads on each and every website
Example

Is specific windows feature(like PowerShell) or windows permission required for it to work?

I also scanned the PC for malwares, no threat detected

I just tested that page ==> no ads for me in edge + ABP
Be sure your filter lists (especially easylist) are updated / with no failures in the "filter lists" page in options.

I clicked on "Update now"
and also "Add filter subscription"
Selected EasyList(English)
Clicked on "Add"

Now I'm trying to "View list"
It doesn't open anything

I can see "EasyList(English)"
I added it and then clicked on "View List"

if you clicked "add" well, for some reason the list is not added in edge. Do you have admin rights (when launch edge) ?

go to options page, click F12, click "console" tab, then do again the "add subscriptyions" steps.

see if in console there are error messages

I'm using Admin account on system, doesn't that imply that I'm running Edge with admin rights?
