Back icon stuck on page

Google Pixle 2XL latest OS, latest Bata of AdBlock Browser required for Android 10
When swiping back many times the back arrow in the circle will stay stuck on screen. I've filled out reports but have not heard back.
App has to be closed to clear the back arrow. Crazy annoying.
Do you need any info to help diag?
