There seems to be a issue with Ad-Block that makes it hard for me use my main image hosting site, Photobucket, in Firefox.

At first I got help for Photobucket's support thinking it was something on there end. They suggested checking my add-ons. Which I did. I disable all of theme and start to bring theme back online. The first one to be re-enable was Ad-block. I look at Photbucket and wow it's misaligned. I re-enable the rest keeping Ad-block off.

As you can see by the above image Ad-Block is on but disabled for Photobucket. However on the left side you notice Photobucket it's misaligned to fare left. Making it hard to select the check box(es). To the right we can see all plugin that are on.

This picture is basically the same as above however Ad-Block is fully turned off.

I like to keep ad-block on most of the time so I don't run into annoying pop-up(s)/loud ads. However if I'm to use Photobucket now I have to going into the Firefox tool and shut off ad-block. Which requires restarting the browser. Once I'm done I have to go back into tool menu and turn it back on this means another restart.
Is there a way that can be fixed, please? It just will get annoying for me if I keep having to restart my browser to tun Ad-Block fully on/off.

This is not an ABP bug, it is a filter subscription problem.

If you create an ABP issue report and provide us with a link subscription authors will most likely take a look and fix the problem (or point you in the right direction).
