How is it possible to block a section between comments?

You cannot identify ads by html comments with Adblock Plus. However you can still get rid of the ads with the Element Hiding Helper (and probably some knowledge about CSS selectors). Alternatively, if you post a link to the site in question, we can help you to create the required filter rules.
