Toolbar At The Bottom of CNet.com Pages

I need advice on a filter that is way beyond my meager skills.

I would like to block the gray/black toolbar that frequently appears along the bottom of pages on the http://www.cnet.com website. I'm referring to the toolbar that reads: "Recently Viewed Products", "My Lists", "My Software Updates" etc. In addition to be annoying by itself, it will display callouts if you're unlucky enough to drag your mouse pointer over it.

The toolbar is built from a whole lot of code, and I'm just not schooled enough to know how to block it. The Element Hiding Helper hasn't prevented it from appearing, but that's probably because I'm not pointing at the right element.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your help. Unfortunately, the toolbar still appears. When I loaded the cnet.com home page, the toolbar appeared for an instant and then disappeared. However, on subsequent pages in cnet.com, the toolbar and pop-ups were still there.

Perhaps this thing incorporates code to defeat attempts to remove it?
