EasyList and Fanboy prevent this video from displaying. I noticed that the video actually does appear after a long delay, but with both lists disabled, it plays immediately without any ads.

No, the filter I added apparently only works for me, from your report (sorry I didn't take a closer look before) it seems like you get a totally different adserver.

Can you test whether any of the following rules works? (test separately!):
