Make exceptions for local file system (offline) websites?

This would be a really nice feature for people developing a website with a banner or two, perhaps advertising their web host and such. We shouldn't have to keep viewing blockable items, right-clicking them, and adding the exception.

The pull-down option of disabling adblock is only present for websites and not for offline web pages.

I think if the value does not exist, you can create it; it's probably a Boolean
