Adblock Plus

breaks the layout slightly on the right side (see yellow download button).

I'm not sure if this is worth reporting (the links below the download button are still click-able) but maybe you have an idea how to "fix" this while keeping the Facebook stuff blocked.

I noticed that the layout of that page is off slightly even when disabling ABlockPlus completely. At least one of their text ads is badly set; the problem you are observing is most probably the fault of their web "designer" than a real issue with AdBlockPlus.

Personally I'll put up with sligthly broken layout with AdBlockPlus enabled rather than have annoyances, trackers, and ads.

I can't see any way to block the facebook crap without breaking the page layout (blocking it causes the links to move up into the newly created free space).

I've whitelisted the facebook like box for that site.

Yep, whitelisting was the only thing I came up with too when I tried to workaround that thing.

Hubird, after you've added ##.connect_widget_like_button, now all that is left is a counter which looks a bit out of place.
Any chance you can add eclipse.org as an exception for the hiding rule?

How about if I add:
After a very quick check it did not seem to break the page layout.

That, of course, is even better!
