Quoka: German "small ads Homepage"

I've been looking throughout the Internet to find a way to block specific ads at a the homepage 'www.quoka.de'
If one looks for a specific item, some results show up as well as so called 'Partneranzeigen' (partner ads), in which I'm not interested at all.
And I wondered if there was any way to block them as well.

Just type in 'test' and something like that might show up:
