Myspace Ad

This only happens for one ad. One some pages this image shows up as a banner ad. It does not show up in the list of Blockable items on current page and adding ad.doubleclick.net does not block it. Even the myspace annoyance remover doesn't get rid of it. I can't figure out how to get rid of that damn banner ad![/url]
