Recently it is popular for web sites to display a toolbar at the top or bottom of the page. Can someone provide some tips on how to determine which script is causing the toolbar to appear. Thank you.

I've been struggling with the bar that hovers at the bottom of the bing.com search results. Trying all kinds of different element filter ideas, but no combinations seem to be working. Any ideas?
