Already had the first (and most important) rule in Adversity p2p but have now also added the second.

Those filters are hardly ideal though, they're not very optimised

Given the choice between ads or less than ideal filters I choose the later. I deliberately keep p2p / adult rules out of my main list so that it is not an issue for people who don't visit these kind of sites.
One thing I have noticed in the issue reports is that people don't always have the appropriate subscriptions for their browsing habits.
