"dollarade" blocking help

I've been trying to catch up on a series and have found some links, but one of them takes me to a website that tries to force you to view their ads by disabling ABP or NoScript. Clicking this link will direct you to the website:
http://streaming.ceieh.com/2010/05/crim ... kest-hour/
Which will then redirect you towards the dollarade site telling you to disable your filters. Now clearly this isn't an option for me (I'd rather not watch the show than be forced to disable stuff).. so I'm hoping someone can present an option to avoid the detection. I've looked in the code and it's a pretty simple thing it looks like, I just don't know how to go about disabling it.
Anyone wanna help?

Just for testing purposes I added:
** Not recommended you add this filter **
And it looked like the video might work but only after you "complete surveys" (which in my opinion is not acceptable).
I personally would not bother with that site.

Yeah I was looking through the code and seen the bit that I needed to get rid of... but can't think of a way to do it. If you turn off Javascript, an HTML Refresh kicks in that redirects you, but if you have it on, then Javascript will redirect you.
Anyway, I found a new site anyway, with some decent quality videos.. but to me, it's the principle of the thing. I'd like to find a way around their block. I hate them websites that try and force you to do things like that. Making it optional is one thing.. but trying to force it just makes me either avoid the site, or go out of my way to override their block.

This plugin works:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... xceptions/
What I did (as a test: enter "dollarade.com" (no "'s), set EVERYTHING to Deny, click Add site, then close.
Everything at the ceieh.com site plays with no dollarade crud.

I thought this was a virus... All of a sudden many of my top search links in Google are redirecting me to ad sites.

Having the same problem with this link.
http://tv.4watchtube.com/?woo_video=wat ... ul-of-fire
I realize it's trash/spam, I just want to know if there's a filter that can circumvent the 'disable adblock to continue' page.
Also, is there a way to get past the 'fill out a survey to continue' ad?

adblock plus + disabling java script and metaredirects + installing redirect remover has worked for me so far

exexception ftw!
I don't mind ads on the way to clicking on a video, or even 2 or 3 commercial interruptions, it still beats the cost of cable. But these aggressive redirecting ads that attempt to seize control of your browser often make it impossible to watch at all.
