Sorry, the page doesn't seems to show ads with my conf (ff + adb+ noscript), tought I don't understand a thing to arab!
Try Element Hiding Helper, the companion extension

all ads are blocked by adb (ok 100%) i talk about anti-adblock !

The filter @@||akhbernigeek.com/images/ad/ should resolve the issue for you.
