There isn't really a link we can give you apart from this

If you are serious about writing an Indonesian adblock list install a general English ABP subscription such as Fanboy's list or EasyList and only block what it left over on Indonesian pages (uses filters from Fanboy's list or EasyList as examples).

This filter only supplement for easylist, i have post this filter to another forum and until now there is no complain.

The first blocks anything with "example.com" somewhere in the url.
The seconds blocks anything where "example.com" appears either at the and of the url or anywhere in the url, followed by a character besides a-z, 0-9, or one of these: ".-%"
The third and fourth both do the same thing - block anything where exactly "example.com/" appears anywhere in the url.
