Annoyning Ebay popup

This Ebay popup is annoying as hell. You click it to go away and it comes right back.
Appears to be Java, is there anyway to block it using Adblock Plus?
There's alot of people that would like to see this go away.
It's the purple box that says "Buy from eBay Top-Rated sellers...."
