Hello everybody. I'm a beginner and I need a "making rules tutorial".
I'm searching for informations about scructure of filters list, syntax of expresions and meaning special characters like | or ~.
I'm looking about informations "HOW TO READ" in exemple EasyList.

I was looking in Internet, but I was found only pieces of informations.
