They are appearing in a while, a number of annoying popups on many websites.
Example http://www.newpct1.com/

opening annoying popup http://www.google-analytics.com/__utm.gif

You can check it every time you open a tab for that site and make any click, not the advertising blocks

scan your system for malware / adware
use malwarebytes antimalware (free version) ==> https://www.malwarebytes.org/
and adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
