Having trouble with some google ads showing up...

As of about 2 days ago or so when I do a Google image search I have ads showing up. I took a screen shot so you can see what I mean...

Anybody have an idea of how I can get rid of this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a bunch

Firstly what country Google do you use and secondly what subscriptions (if any) do you use ?

I use Google In the United States. The subscription I'm using is just easylist (usa).

I force all my Google use to go to the US version; although I'm in the UK. I'm using EasyList+EasyPrivacy (USA) and EasyPrivacy plus a number of my own folters. I do not see the same behaviour as you.
