Filterlist for Cookie-Notifications

Hey Adblock Team,

I would like to request an adittional block list. Because of a EU Directive, many websites display a "we use cookies"-Notification. As basically every website uses cookies, this information layer is useless and anoying.
Usually, this message is only shown once for this good reason. People like we who are concerend with privacy and deleting their cookies on a regular basis will see those layers again and again.
So why not use another Adblock-List for it - optional like the social anoyances and malware lists.
