Can't block 2mdn.net ad on msn.com

My homepage is set to http://www.msn.com/it-it
Recently this ad started appearing, and no filters seem to be doing anything to block it:
https://s0.2mdn.net/2856167/14474375744 ... 00_PA.html
I tried each of the suggested models by adblockplus. They all only work immediately, but on browser restart, even though they're still there, they don't work anymore, the ad appears.
What can I do?
