Anyway to use ABP to remove this new annoying slow blink?

The onslaught continues, corner sliders, before and after unload and today a new irritant....the slow blink.

This blinks (fades out - in) on a long (maybe 10 second) timer

The odd fact is that when I try to use ABP element there is no definable area. Is this something new or am I doing it wrong?
