False positive report response time

Hello,
It has been 10 days since filing my report, could you look into it? A lot of our users are running into issues right now.

We're having some issues with our site not working properly due to parts being incorrectly blocked. we have a system for placing classifieds, also called advertisements, on sites similar to craigslist. hence we have some objects that are blocked due to 'advertisement' being in the name.
