Boston Globe must-click to enable scroll?

Can't just hide the ad because if I do then there is no way to make the scroll bar to appear. You need to hit "close" on the ad for the bar to appear.

That did not work for me. SHould be noted, it happens when cookies are disabled.

I tested in chrome / firefox, it works fine here, the scroll bar still on page.
Did you remove all custom filters for that site ?
