Gamestar.de Trypophobia AdDefender Ads

On Gamestar.de and some other german websites some disgusting looking ads appear when Adblocker is enabled.
All the ads from them have trypophobia looking pictures in them to disgust the viewer (I assume).
From googling I found that those websites use a thing called AdDefender to display these ads only when adblock is detected.
Theres a user script called "Addefender Klatsche" which doesnt seem to do anything for me.

I tried registering in the EasyList forum as well but they have MySQL issues

This might not be a big deal for some people but for others it will bring nightmares

It also happens on other similiar adblocking plugins
