I have confirmed on two Windows 7 computers that Adblock Plus for FF definitely prevents logging in to Chase bank, starting with FF 40.
The symptom is that the login spins in an infinite wait loop if ADP is enabled. If I disable just ADP, I can log in fine.
I tried creating filters to whitelist "chase.com" and "mfasa.chase.com", but that hasn't helped. Perhaps I coded the filters incorrectly?
Please repair this.
Thanks!

submit an issue report then post here the report's link
Re: ADP prevents logging in to Chase bank with FF 40+
I tried but it will not work. It's a catch-22. I can only get to the page in question if I disable ADP. But when I log in and try to create a report, it tells me I MUST re-enable ADP to create a report!mapx wrote:submit an issue report then post here the report's link
Re: ADP prevents logging in to Chase bank with FF 40+
you could reset firefox and then reinstall ABP. Test then again or submit again the issue report.

For what it's worth, there's a thread in the Firefox Support forum on this issue:

There may be additional useful info there.

if you can't submit an issue report (and for this resetting FF and reinstalling ABP) I can't help you.
Re: ADP prevents logging in to Chase bank with FF 40+
You can try whitelisting chase.com (or whatever address in the url bar) clicking ABP icon, choose "disable on chase.com"
or adding this filter:
@@||chase.com^$document
clear also cookies + cache for that site
