Adblock Plus

I want to block it but I can't



IT offers me to watch 10-15 seconds then skip or watch 30 seconds full ads.

website is http://fs.to/video/serials/view/iw58NuF ... le=7437604 ( Ukraine , UA ) . Button "watch video" isn't available for countries except Ukraine
Please help me.
