go to chrome://extensions and you'll see the extensions page (or in settings, click more tools, extensions)

anyway, it's working fine for me in firefox or chrome. When you start that page it appears "please enable javascript" and then the page is loading well.

Did you disable all other extensions ? keep only ABP and test again.
Then: why using 2 italian lists ?
Did you check your custom filters ? remove eventually - if any - the filters for animesubita (keep only my filters)

if still does not work:
press ctrl-shift-J (go into console), copy all you see there and paste the rows in a post.

For now you could use firefox + ABP (to see the blocked / whitelisted / other requests). Just click ABP icon, open blockable items list.
Sure, you can also examine the page to understand the logic.
Then you'll add the filters found in firefox in ABP for chrome.
