Element hiding: Blocking specific words

Is it possible to coerce the element hiding helper into blocking specific quotes? There are various forum signatures (on various sites) I would love to remove specific sentences from.

Would this be a css trick?

CSS doesn't allow considering text. I think you will have to go with GreaseMonkey...
