How to remove anti adblock text on these pages

I am a long term user of ad block plus, recently 2 of my favorite forums display a text to turn of ad blockers, which i cannot get rid of
the pages are
https://www.flashback.org/
and
http://www.sweclockers.com/

Seeing the text makes me absolutely NOT want to turn of adblock

I use Firefox mostly
