video Ads on ESPN not blocked in html5

Hello.

For some reason video ads are blocked on ESPN if I have Adobe Flash Player installed. If Flash Player is not installed I get 30 video ads before I watch a video. Any reason this happens? Does adblock not work for HTML videos?
