What ads on which page? We need some more info.

none of the flash-ads on myspace.com may be blocked

Go to Adblock Plus preferences (Ctrl+Shift+E) and check if you accidentally have something like @@myspace.com in My Exception Rules.
Generally, there shouldn't ANY rules you didn't knowingly add yourself in the sections My Exception Rules, My Adblocking Rules and My Element Hiding Rules.

I added the easylist-filters now, and there's no ads on myspace at all. ich danke dir, austrian guy!
