ABP not completely blocking ad

ABP blocks the video ad from being seen, but it still loads the player and the user still has to wait for the "ad" to finish

Hi I found some ad banner in youtube, it says ad by shoopie it got a gift icon on it. This have become an issue and this so called ad block failed to block it. Please fix this issue. It's still there, inspite of the removal of the software.

It could be malware.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
