Adblock Plus

I was trying to use firefox to do a live cashback search from www.live.com (it earns you 14% cashback on your purchases from ebay) but with adblock plus enabled the filters seem to be blocking the "sponsored links" that you have to click on in order to surf the websites with live cashback enabled

Love your plugin but it looks like ill be using Internet Exporer for Cashback searches until this issue is fixed

Ignoring the fact its a "sponsored site" div, ie and ad. Cashback adverts makes no difference, they're still advertising.

However nothing is stopping you disabling the live filters.

Add it yourself. Just right-click the status bar icon and click Disable on search.live.com.

Did a bit of a deeper dive into this. The "Sponsored sites" links do not go into the Cashback experience - they go directly to vendor sites. It's only the links (present in both "blocked" and "not blocked" pics) in the "Shop for xbox 360" that go to the Cashback experience.

There's an exception - when the "Sponsored sites" link goes back to Search.live.com, then you end up in the Cashback experience.

Either way, the OP needn't allow the "Sponsored sites" links in order to get the Cashback experience.
