How to filter just once a element

Hi.

I want to block only the first occurence of certain element.

The whole page has two DIV(class=answers) but I want to block just the first one and continue viewing the second one.

Is there any possibility to block just the firs element matching the criteria filter and then stop looking for the rest of items?

Should be possible using the advanced view of the Element Hiding Helper.
