site keeps popping up even after adding to block filter

i cant stop it from popping up when i go to a certain site i wish not to name the site but

here is the site that keeps popping up

i have antivirus software and spyware and adaware software to block all other junk but adblock wont block that site.

please help

Firstly Adblock Plus is not a popup blocker (although it does sometimes inadvertently block pop ups), Secondly without knowing the site it is a bit hard to help...

Here are my thoughts of what might help:

Are you using a filter subscription ?
If not get one from http://adblockplus.org/en/subscriptions

I recommend either Easylist or Fanboy's

Fanboy's "Object Dimensions" list might take care of the dimensions you listed http://www.fanboy.co.nz/adblock/alpha/

still same issue.
