ABP Stopped Working

My ABP was great until a few days ago it just stopped working. I would try to block something and it wouldn't block the image. I haven't changed anything, I have checked all the settings, and even uninstalled and then reinstalled it again and still nothing. Is anyone else having this problem or know what could be going on? Thanks everyone.

Is Adblock Plus symbol still visible in toolbar? What about Tools / Adblock Plus Preferences menu item?
What other extensions are installed?

Yes it is still visible in the toolbar, and nothing has changed except that I can't block anything. The other extensions that are installed is the IE tab, Sxipper, and Windows 11 player that is all. I haven't had any problems until a few days ago.

What does that mean exactly? No "Adblock Image" in context menu?
