For some reason. The Malware domains list is blocking nearly ALL traffic to my web browser.
I'm seeing sites as only HTML, No images will load and scripting is almost non-existant.
What could be the cause of this?

In any case, there's a way for you to find out which filters are currently in effect:
http://adblockplus.org/en/getting_start ... -positives
Read that "What if Adblock Plus blocks too much?" section, and watch the movie below it and you should be able to figure it out.
Once you find those red filters, you can hover your mouse over them and the popup will tell you where the filter belongs to.
And if it indeed comes from the Malware Domains list, there's contact information here:
http://malwaredomains.com/?page_id=13
These are the guys maintaining it.

Yes I am 100% certain it's the malwaredomains list.
I noticed on the bottom of the list... it's incomplete for some reason. and lists this as the "last" entry of that particular list
By disabling that particular entry, everything works fine.
If I try to import the TXT file directly into AdBlock from my Desktop, it crashes the browser entirely.
Could it be that the list itself is too long for AdBlock to use and trying to force it causes it to error out?
EDIT: Just removed and reinstalled the list for the 3rd time via the site. It finally works.

Which according the FAQ means that it's blocking anything and everything with the exception of text!*

And the likely explanation is corruption of the list during one of its updates.Namrepus221 wrote:EDIT: Just removed and reinstalled the list for the 3rd time via the site. It finally works.
ABP has a feature that is supposed to protect these lists from incomplete/corrupt downloads:
http://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2623
But for some reason, the Malware Domains list hasn't adopted this checksum feature into their list...
