What do you mean by "unusable" ?
for gamestar, add and test these filters
Code: Select all
||images.idgentertainment.de/images/*_*x*.jpg
gamestar.de##[style="display: inline-block;"]
for gamersglobal add and test
Code: Select all
gamersglobal.de#@##arb
gamersglobal.de#@##ahoz
@@||gamersglobal.de/wbg/www/delivery/*
Anyway for gamestar you can read this thread:

firefox:
click abp icon, filter preferences, "custom filters" tab, if you dont see any filters group create 1, then paste the filters above in the right panel (if you dont see the panel drag the vertical pointed line on the right to the left)
chrome:
chrome: click abp icon, options, "add your own filters" tab, add the filters 1 by 1

Unusable mean: a paywall on gamersgobal when you try to access tests (pops up when you load the second page of a multi page test); gamestar shows a banner about disabling abp or paying them a fee...

I added them just like you suggested...is it working for you?
Why arent these rules in the big filters?

Sure, it works for me.
well, I asked you the screenshot.
or
submit an issue report (while reproducing one of the issues above) and
then post here the report link .
(add to the report all the addons you have installed in firefox)
If the issues can be reproduced the maintainers of the lists will add these filters to the official lists ...

Be sure other addons don't interfering with the sites you are testing. So, you could disable all the addons, keeping only ABP enabled .
