YouTube or ISP blocking ABP

Hi, I am having problems to access YouTube when I use ABP if I use the option to not show any ads.
However, if I change the default DNS settings to a DNS like OpenDNS, FoolDNS, or even the Google Public DNS the problem gets solved.
Anyways, I would like to know if anyone knows why is this happening only in YouTube and if is a problem from YouTube or if you believe is my ISP... I live in Switzerland and use Swisscom.
