adblocker not working

I installed adblocker and easylist subscription on 2 of our computers, and it works great, but it won't work on this one - help!

If you meant that a specific site won't work, then post a link.
If you meant that the extension itself won't work, then go to Tools -> Add-ons -> check if ABP is showing on that list.
If it is, then try to resubscribe Easylist from here: http://adblockplus.org/en/subscriptions
