The lazy way:

Choose
Disable on finance.google.com in the dropdown menu.
Then there is a method that allows you to find out which filters are active on the current page, and allows you to disable them.
Press ctrl+shift+B and you should get a menu like this:

If you find entries marked red, it means they have been blocked. I don't see any ads on finance.google so it's pretty safe to disable any red filter you bump into.
Once you find a red entry, you can right click it and choose 'edit filter in effect', which pops up a menu like this:
http://adblockplus.org/en/tips?tip=subs ... ove_filter
with a row of green buttons.
When you get that popup, the filter should have automatically been focused on so all you need to do is to click the green button next to the filter and click apply.
Things to note:
next to the green bullets you have a hit counter for each filter, if the filter is important with many hits you may want to consider using a whitelist instead of disabling the filter.
In the blockable list there is also a way to open the images in a new tab so you can see if it's an ad or something relevant. Just right click and choose

If you have trouble again, adding:
... should fix it.
I tried the suggestions and nothing worked,

Does someone know how I can make my Google finance work in default mode. This way I can see what originally is offered in Google finance.

Just disable ABP by middle-clicking the ABP icon ... or whitelist the site with:
