A site using some anti-blocker

The site at http://tinyurl.com/2zegpk seems to be using some sort of an anti-blocker - when ABP is enabled it blocks the ad.adtoma URLs and the whole site disappears. When I remove the filter that blocks adtoma, the site is visible again... Any ideas on how to circumvent this?
