If you go to http://www.pctools.com/en/spyware-doctor/uninstall/ with the EasyElement+EasyList and ABP Tracking Filter the download button is blocked. Looks like a bit of a nasty page as when I tried to track down the code causing the ummm blockage It was not straight forward like most (multiple filters block it)
I also noticed that on the same site http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js was not blocked (I don't know anything about it but judging from the name I thought it should be)
False Positive **EasyElement+EasyList, ABP Tracking Filter**
That is just a Google Pack with Spyware Doctor. It is the same like Firefox combined with the Google Toolbar. You can download the original version here.
http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js is not blocked because it prevents the script from being detected as blocked. Though the actual ads are blocked.

I got to that page because I uninstalled Spyware Doctor (it was causing my PC to crash), other people might not have the same problem and it would be helpful if the download button appeared !!
The version that the blocked link points to is the "Starter Edition" which is different to the trial version offered on the PC Tools site. Thanks for the info about show_ads.js.

The reason that image is blocked is due to what MonztA said, they are just advertising the Google Pack version of their software, and Google Pack is offered as an option for AdSense Users.
If you want to get access to the link, you will have to temporarily disable AdBlock Plus, that is unless pctools want to start hosting their own content or at least not relying on Google to provide the download links for them.
