adf.ly not working properly

Currently adf.ly links that redirect to the page directly (such as http://adf.ly/E6MGn) are not working correctly. This blocked page shows up, and pressing back usually (but not always) works. Setting an exception for adf.ly in the filters fixes the issue. Can this be fixed? Thanks.
