Twitch.tv ad comes through

I have an issue with twitch.tv lately. For some reason i can see ads in particular only one ads but it will repeat itself till teh streamer has ended the ad break.

Its very annoying because i cant stand the germany beer ad anylonger .... damn you hasseröder.

My filters are easylist germany and fanboy

If you manually add the following in Adblock prefs, does it help?

Currently having the exact same problem, never had any problems before. Advertisements/commercials seem to pop-up the last few days for me... Would be much appreciated if anyone could help me out step-by-step since I'm kinda new here.
