EasyList and Fanboy both block the pre-roll ad on this video, but they don't block the bar on top that says the video will start after the advertisement.

Is there any way to block the bar in addition to the ad?

Edit: I just noticed that the sharing buttons that appear when you hover over the bottom bar are also blocked.
